An eligibility letter is an official document confirming that a student meets the entry requirements for a selected programme at the institution.
After the university has checked on the documents provided, an eligibility letter (known as placement letter) will be issued. This is an official document to declare that the student is eligible to join the programme stated. This letter will be sent to the student by our sales team.
Not all universities follow the same process. Some institutions issue an Eligibility Letter (also known as a Placement Letter), while others only provide an Offer Letter as confirmation once all required documents have been received and reviewed.
Once all required documents have been submitted and reviewed or from some institution the registration fee is being paid, the institution will issue an Offer Letter. After the Offer Letter is released and the student visa payment is made, the student visa enrolment process will commence.
